This project saw a family in need of some extra space and an extra bedroom.
The 1930’s property had plenty of room to the rear as well as to the side. We knew we could really transform the overall use of this family home with a two storey extension.
With extra room being the main driving force for the work we wanted to include functional space for the family, which included a downstairs cloakroom, an internal garage and a much-needed extra bedroom with an en-suite.
Mid-project the client was so impressed with our work that they asked for some extras! This included a brand new modern kitchen, a reworked ground floor layout which involved removing some internal walls and a new patio and bi-fold doors.
We wanted to make sure the extension fitted in seamlessly with the existing structure so matching the bricks and roof tiles was crucial.
