This project is on Nanpantan Road, and we were tasked with creating an extension of a double garage with an annex above, fit enough for living in.
After having a look over the property and setting out the design we started by demolishing the existing garage as the foundations were not suitable for holding the annex above. Following the demolition, we constructed a brand new double garage with a new utility room at the rear.
After the completion of the double garage we moved onto the annex above, this comprised of a new separate entrance hall and a staircase to access the first floor.
When entering the flat there is access to a kitchen, living area and a bedroom with a built in wardrobe as well as a whole new bathroom.
After fulfilling all of our customers requests and completing the building work to perfection, we finished the build after 7 months of hard work. We left the project site with a completed double garage and an annex above, along with a smile on our customers face.
